13: Pixar U

Pixar is smart and generous enough to provide all sorts of art classes for its employees to enjoy (and learn from). Here are some drawings from my first Life Drawing session in... a long time. It felt good though--like being back in college. Afterwards I was shown a bunch of Tom Gately gestures, and took a look at the blog of Rob Thompson--quickly reminding me of how far I still have to go. Everybody here is awesome!

  2. Cool. I'm glad you are getting into the swing of things. You're not a one man band anymore, more like the emeryville philharmonic!

It's truly excellent that you get a chance to break in your first days at Pixar with the life drawing. What better way to streeeetttccchhh, before the work of boarding begins.
